● Have a sleep study conducted at a center.

Usually, they may recommend that you change your sleep habits and any other issues that may trigger your insomnia but if that does not work then the medical professional may advise you on medications you can take or cognitive behavioral therapy. The medications they recommend may be prescription sleeping pills which would help you get to sleep and also stay asleep at the same time.
